Supplies:

Template (see below)
Burlap (42 in. x 12 in.)
Plaid Fabric (36 in. x 12 in.)
White Fabric (8 in. x 8 in. square)
Ribbon (40 in.)
Beacon’s Fabri-Tac

Instructions:

  1. Download the Joy Banner Template
  2. Trace and cut the letters and 2 snowflakes from the white fabric
  3. Trace and cut 5 large pendants on the burlap fabric
  4. Trace and cut 5 of the smaller pendants on the plaid fabric  
  5. Align the top edges of the burlap and plaid pendants and glue together using Beacon’s Fabri-Tac 
  6. Glue one letter or snowflake into the center of each plaid pendants
  7. Glue the ribbon along the top sides of each finished PLAID section, spacing them appropriately

Fabri-Tac is a very quick-drying fabric glue, but please allow 24 hours to dry completely before hanging!
