DIY Patriotic Front Porch Decor

Decorate your home in the spirit of Independence Day with some DIY patriotic front porch decor designed with Beacon Power-Tac!  Whether you’re hosting a BBQ or just want to have some fun decorations for your family to enjoy, this is a great time to get crafty!

Supplies:

Beacon Adhesives Power-Tac
Red, White, and Blue Paint
Sponge Paint Brush
Thin Paint Brush
Wooden Pallet
Burlap
Star Stencil or Cookie Cutter
Rope
Scissors

Instructions:

Step 1:  Paint wooden pallet, alternating panel colors with red and white.  Keep in mind which panel you will be gluing the blue burlap with stars, as this panel should be painted white. Let paint dry.

Step 2: Paint burlap blue and let the painted burlap dry.

Step 3: Place star stencil on dried blue burlap and paint white inside stencil to create stars, let dry.

Step 4: Add Beacon Power-Tac to white pallet panel and glue blue star burlap down.

Step 5: Cut rope into pieces to form letters.

Step 6: Use Power-Tac to adhere rope and form into letter, let dry.

Step 7: Glue letters onto pallet using Power-Tac.

Step 8: Proudly display on your porch for everyone to see!
