DIY Valentine’s Day Card
Supplies:
Beacon Adhesives Zip Dry
Cardstock (Pink, Red, Yellow, Purple, and Blue/Green)
2 Pieces of Heavy Weight White Cardstock
Pencil
Scissors
Cricut Maker (with Fine Point Blade)
Cricut Cutting Mat
Instructions:
Step 1: Fold the white card stock in half and draw a half heart about 2.5″ wide. Then, cut it out.
Step 2: Open the heart template, place it on a piece of colored card stock, trace around it with a pencil, and then cut it out.
Step 3: Use a Cricut machine to cut out letters to make your Valentine’s Day sentiments (Font used: Bebas Neue). You’ll want to make sure the letters are small enough to fit inside the 4 inch heart. Finally, add Beacon Zip Dry to the back of the paper letters and glue them in the center of the heart.
After you’re done, flip your card over and write a sweet note for your friend, spouse, or co-worker. You can even get your kiddos involved to add some fun stickers or other embellishments to the cards! Happy Valentine’s Day!
