DIY Graduation Cap
Graduation is right around the corner and if you need help crafting the perfect grad cap, then we can help! Decorating your graduation cap is a fun, creative way to show off your personal style. The ways you can decorate your cap are endless, but today we’re bringing you a tutorial on how to make one using Beacon Gem-Tac, Fast Finish Decoupage, and Fabri-Tac! Let’s get started.
Supplies:
Top of graduation cap –
Beacon Adhesives Fast Finish Decoupage
Beacon Adhesives Gem-Tac
Graduation Cap
Floral Paper
Glitter Paper
For front floral detail –
Beacon Adhesives Fabri-Tac
Rhinestones
Flowers
Pins
Instructions:
Top of graduation cap:
Step 1: Cut out words and flowers from card stock paper.
Step 2: Apply to cap with Beacon Fast Finish Decoupage.
Step 3: Add colorful rhinestones with Beacon Gem-Tac.
Front flower detail:
Step 1: Add Beacon Fabri-Tac to the underside of the cap.
Step 2: Add the flowers to where you applied the Fabri-Tac.
Step 3: Secure the flowers with pins until glue dries.
