Make these easy 3 recycled materials DIY projects just in time for Earth Day using Beacon’s best glues: Fabri-Tac, Power-Tac, and Quick Grip!

Supplies and Materials:

Twine
Knobs
Soup Can
Box
Glass Jar
Cardstock
Chevron Fabric
Rope
Ribbon
Straight Pins
Beacon Fabri-Tac
Beacon Power-Tac
Beacon Quick Grip

Instructions:

DIY Recycled Containers –

  1. Cut cardstock to fit around a soup or tin can.
  2. Secure with QuickGrip
  3. Add QuickGrip to the rim
  4. Add ribbon.

DIY Recycled Jar –

  1. Paint the top of a lid black
  2. Add knob to the top with Power Tac
  3. Glue lace to the glass jar with Fabri-Tac
  4. Glue twine around the base with Fabri-Tac

DIY Paper Towel Box –

  1. Glue fabric in a box with Fabri-Tac
  2. Glue rope around the outside of the box
  3. Use pins to secure rope in place until its dry
