MagnaTac E-645 was originally developed in the 1960’s and has been used for many decades and is widely used today to adhere stator and rotor laminations in electric motors as well as transformer windings. Applications include defense, aerospace, aviation as well as standard industry applications. It is generally spec’d into new motor designs because of well-established history being used in for these applications.
Properties
Over the many decades MagnaTac E-645 has proven itself to be the number one adhesive to use. It is easy to apply in the assembly process and there is virtually no failure or rework required. Once cured it delivers properties required in demanding applications for motors including elevated heat, vibration, and exposure to oils and fluids. This product also has unique electrical properties.
Chemical Resistance
