Magna-Tac E645 is an extremely versatile adhesive given its thin viscosity. Once mixed, it can be applied in a variety of ways in order to receive the best desired result. A few application methods include the following:
• Brushing
• Spraying
• Dipping
• Roller coating
• Pad Printing
• Vacuum
For extremely precise applications or small parts, E-645 can be dispensed easily through a hypodermic needle. To achieve maximum adhesion, all surfaces must be perfectly clean and thoroughly degreased and it is essential that the operators’ hands remain free from grease or oil while handling coated and uncoated parts.
